ALM0113 - MiTAI performed a hotrestart

Hi

I've been getting the following alert from our CCM server

ALM0113 - MiTAI performed a hotrestart

According to prairiefyre I need to change the threshold level at which MiTAI errors cause the service to reload the MiTAIClient dll.

Can some-one point me in the right direction also why this as occurred.
