I have checked this call flow and cannot see anything wrong with it - Any ideas what the missing Device may be referring to?

Cheers

Rich

Many thanks Richard

We tend to see this when a workflow routes directly to a phone that has logged out. We have a customer that routes all DDI calls via IVR, plays a message then has a variable to route to its extension. It is difficult to figure out which device it is in that scenario but if your workflow looks good and you have something like that it is likely not something to worry to much about.
