I have a form that is using a query as its data source. However, when I created it, the "Data Entry" parameter defaulted to "No". I'd like to be able to make changes to the data from the form. However, when I change the "No" to a yes, the form won't open.

Any suggestions?

"Data Entry" makes the form default to Add New Record. To edit existing records, leave this to NO.

Maybe I should clarify.....

Perhaps the "Data Entry" parameter has nothing to do with my problem. I can't edit records in the fields on the form that relate to the query that populates the form. How can I edit these fields directly in the form?
