I went to sygate personal firewall to allow this popup but it was not there among running apllications.
What do I have to do.

How does this have anything to do with hardware. I think you should ask this in either a forum devoted to your OS, or to your browser.

Internet Explorer and Firefox both have menus that can help you allow popus from specific websites.

I have the latest explorer.
My configuration is the same as it is here

and javascript still won't show.
As for not being in the in the right forum.
