I've got a 3300 MXe 4.2 connected to a MS Lync 2010 standard edition server via SIP. I can call from Mitel > Lync, but when I try and dial out from Lync > Mitel I get the below SIP 404 message in Wireshark:

It looks like the Mitel is searching for SIP address of 9"phonenumber"@"Mitel IP Address" for the outgoing phone number, not finding it and returning 404. It's obviously not going to find this number as it's an external number. Is this meant to happen?? Is there a way to have the Mitel just take the number portion and pass it to ARS like a normal call?
