I have one published app that I only want the user to be able to launch one instance. Hence, "Allow only one instance of application for each user" check box. I just had a user login (same username and password) and allowed them to open the second. I didn't check to see if the session ID's were the same. Sorry, I just thought of that while I was typing. I couldn't find any thing on the Citrix site or here. Any help would be appreciated. I publish about 130 different apps/desktops but this the only app that I restict.

I found the problem. We actually published a batch file that launches the actual app we want. So when they launch tha app again and Citrix goes, sure you don't that app open, go for it...That really sucks, but it makes sense.

Looks like 'each user' here mean each client = each computer.

If you try to run this application twice on the same machine, it won't let you.

It will allow the same user to run this application again from a different machine.

This is how I understand it.
