Allow, Deny Warning when sending emails

is there any way around this warning message, because I would like to send an email when a timer runs out and not have to rely on someone clicking "Allow" all the time, any suggestions

Have a search for a program called Outlook Redeption, designed to allow you to bypass Outlook security.

Alternatively, consider sending your message directly by SMTP commands.
