IP500 V2 R6.0.18 (1-DS8, 3-Phone8, 1-PRI, 1-ATM4), 1-DS30 V2, 1-DS16 V2, 5-Phone 30 V2.
5-10 times a day the phones will go completely blank and drop any calls. The phones then come back on about 30s later fully operational, and for some reason the receptionist phone returns to night mode whenever it comes back on. 30s down is clearly not long enough for the system to be rebooting. There's no errors in system status of relevance. The PRI doesn't even have alarms that coincide. The system is on a large enough UPS with new batteries. This has been happening for a few weeks now.
