all my line pool access code are rejected

Hi, I would like to understand why the BCM reject all my access code. I have BCM 3.6.2.2c1 and I try to add access code so my outnbound calls will go trough my second E1 circuits.When writing the access code, the system always popup with e.g "77" is not a valid access code... I have read the help file, but can fix this... Do you think it could be a patch problem?

no, and I have tried many code and none are working. I try 999,888,777, *99 ... nothing works.

Also what pools each of your E1's are set up for

What number did you wish to use?
If you wish to use 9, then you will have to remove this from Pool A as it is associated like this on default.

Yeah I read that 9 is used by default. But can I use 8 or 7 ?
I want international number to be passed via my 2nd E1. Can I use * or # ? how canI remove 9? I can't see it anywhere.

What number are u using for the park prefix as that could be conflicting w/ what your are trying to use.

I can't find the park prefix... where can I found it?

Quickest way, take a line, make a call then do feature 74,it will come up as "call parked on :X01" first digit is the park prefix.

If you are using target lines, the "received digits" cannot start with the same number as destination codes. You may have to call the lec and change the DNIS they are sending. Start your DNIS with a 1XXX. The park prefix is 1 by default and will not conflict with received numbers. For example if the lec is sending DNIS 7234 have them send 1234, then change the received digits in the target line programming.
