First off thanks for looking. :)

Basically 2nd call comes into any of these lines, and they get a busy signal. First caller calls and no-answer, goes to voice mail appropriately.

Any Ideas?

You have HUNT denied in CLS (HTD needs to be HTA) your last hunt key is 0, do you not want it to roll to the next numbers? Whether you do or not, FDN is an unanswered call (FNA in CLS) HUNT is a busy condition (HTA in CLS)

In Cls HTA and
at LHK 03 (Last hunt key would be your last SCR programed key no )

Thank for the reply guys. ughh or gals. :)

So the phone @ 6608 is a general phone.

The User on Key 1 6140 is now sitting at that desk, but of course the position still requires the 6008 at that location.

The key 2 6906 belonged to someone who doesn't work there any more, and calls are now answered by that phone/6140 person. Thinking that keeping calls for 6906 seperate, I was trying to "work it" with "CLS FNA FBA" and keep all the calls seperate.

The same thing for Key 3.

Does that make sense? Can it be done?

you'll need cls hta and hunt xxxx to the vm service dn to get to mail..fba is seldom used, it sends did calls to the operator on busy.. you have to have a dn defined in att data for that to work..

nothing in this switch works right with numbers that are not key zero on a dig set or an analog dn..

your trying to make that into a keysystem and it does not lend itself to that arrangement...

if you need to seperate those calls.. marp all non key zero dn's on an analog port, then use that stations cls to control call flow

thanks for confirming that johnpoole. That's what I was thinking, but thought there might be something there.
since this is a customer who pays by the port, need to be careful with the TN's and all.

I'll see if they can do with just the Prime Key 00 number and a rollover, then do the others as ACD to the prime DN.

Thanks again,
es
