We are using MS Exchange 2000 and backups go to a Seagate STT20000A with Version 9.0 release 4454. I used the system drivers instead of Veritas drivers after having some prior problems in the original setup. Everything had been working fine for months and now I get failures with no job log, no time running, nothing. I tried running a test job and after clicking run now it never changed the status. Another job to "backup to disk" met the same fate. I've done an "uninstall" on the tape drive and will see if it shows up tomorrow after the auto reboot tonight. I'll reload the drivers and see what happens. Any other suggestions?
