Anyone have idea what happened?

To me, it looks like they are losing connection with the main server. It may be because a network issue. How many registered telephones do you have? Is there any telephone that remains connected even when the majority isn't?

Best regards.

@BlackCuervo Avaya helped me check this case, seems like network issue. I don't have Wireshark logs, so I can't determine the root cause. All I know is 1. CM doesn't lose connection. 2. The disconnect request was from farend side (IP-Phones) 3. IP-Phones aren't designed to disconnect themselves.

Are these phones located at a remote site? Issue is most likely WAN related.

@avayaguy23 most of them are on premise site, around 10% are on remote site. All of them disconnected just the same.

You should involve your network team to review how things are connected from a network level. How for example does 192.168.82.47 talk to 10.102.40.10?

@avayaguy23 I did. They said there's nothing wrong with their network, no log error, etc. haha

You aren’t asking the right questions then. Identify the flow of packets segment by segment. What network switches and routers does it go through.
