All E1 Channels reseting

Hello,

I think it could be a problem from service provider, but I have to ask if anyone have experienced this issue.

At sometimes all the channels from E1R2 (Brazilian) are reseted abruptement.

I would agree it's a provider issue, I have never seen a system do that even with a faulty card
