All connections to this control unit are in use

Hello,

I have an IP Office 5.0, getting this error logging into SS, no one else is logged in at this time.

We had to restart our switch last night so the two PCs which were logged in acquired new IP addresses. Is there a way to clear the connections without rebooting the IP Office? I tried pulling the LAN cable for a few seconds and no luck.

Are you trying to use the SSA from the same pc/server where the CCR runs on?

No, it is a different PC. Just System Status login which does not work.

From where did you start it?

Try the ip address of the ipo from a webbrowser and click system status there.

I am running the System Status application on a client PC. I put the IP address of the IPO and it tells me all connection in use, even though no one else is logged in.

Open IE8 or 9 then typ

http://<ip

of ip500> start it there, do you get the same?

HTTP Server Allows Avaya Clients Only with a 403 Forbidden.

Untick "Avaya HTTP Clients Only" on the System Tab.
