I've got a problem I can't correct and I'm stumped!
I opened up Premiere 6 the other day and played back a timeline that worked fine the day before. The same avi files now have all the colour reversed - like a photo negative. When I go forward frame by frame the proper colour is there but when played as a video it's all negative.
Just checked playing the same .avi files in Windows Media Player & Quicktime and the same thing occurs. I downloaded an avi file off the web to test if it was just files I created. Same problem.
I therefore don't believe it's a Premiere or other software package issue but probably system wide treatment of avi files. Any ideas?? I'm running a Pent 3 1000 256 meg ram on Win Me.
Have you seen this occur before with avi files and do you know of a possible fix. I've tried chaning screen res etc but no luck.
