I have no idea to use Access I must admit. I need help. I have a table just imported from a text file. My problem is that the field number appears align to the left and need it to the right because I need it to export it this way with fixed wide. Example:

field1 field2 field3
aaaa 1245 battery
abaa 456 door

I need it this way

field1 field2 field3
aaaa 1245battery
abaa 456door

This seems to be easy.. but I cannot do it! I am ashamed.

I need the file with 114.111 redords to be exported to an txt file with this format.
aaaa 1245battery
abaa 456door

Please help!!!

you are importing the numbers as text. change the import to convert the data to numeric cInt(data) and then import the data.

Thanks a lot. This has solved my first problem, but still when I want to export it to a .txt file it aligns me the number to the left. This is gonna drive me nuts.
I have exported it setting that column as number, not as text. I have to give it a fixed width.
