Hi,
Could you please help me to solve a problem with Algo 8180 and paging.
IPO:
- Created SIP extension #361
- Created user PageSpeakerLH, assign password.
- Created temporary short code (Dial Paging 361) to test paging.
Algo:
- Set 'SIP domain' (entered IPO IP address)
- Set 'Page Extension' (361)
- Set 'Page Authentication ID' (PageSpeakerLH)
- Set 'Page Authentication Password'
- Checked status page. It shows device is registered.
IPO System status shows active #361 SIP device.
IPO Monitor also shows registered SIP device.
IPO has 2 3rd Party IP Endpoints licenses.
And what I have finally is paging doesn't work. When I try to page using short code a phone says 'BusyNumber' and there is no paging at all.
When I try to call #361 directly, the ringer activates, makes kind of bell and pages. The ringer suppose to be a part of a paging hunt group. I tried with test hunt group and the same result.
What did I do wrong?
