Hey guys, using Communication Manager, System Manager, and most everything on our Avaya system version 8.1.3.
A user complained that an Algo 8028 started ringing the other day and won't stop.
I go out there and unplug the door controller and that stopped the intercom/speaker part from ringing. But then I pressed the button again and it started ringing. As in the speaker is playing as if it's calling an extension. But it never goes anywhere. Not even to voicemail.
I can't figure out what could cause this. Usually it goes to a virtual extension with a cover answer group of a few phones.
Has anyone had this issue before?
