Hi
I can't start ALEX with Explorer 11, it worked ok with Expl 8.
Os is win7, ALEX 9.3.
Anyone has a solution for this.
Thank's in advance

Alex has not been updated for 7-8 years so not surprising it doesn't work on later browsers, it was only tested at XP and earlier browsers I believe, it's an old Ericsson app

Thanks for fast reply.
Alex was good to have up to TSE3.2 and easy, but it's an old product of course...

ALEX 15 is available and compatible with Win 8 but only for Ericsson systems
like EDA and Minilink available.

confirm on the ALEX 15. We managed to find a copy of the installer and now have IE11 with ALEX working.

@bojo3871, good news that ALEX 15 is now working with IE11. where we can find it? also the Winfiol 6.4. Ericson company is not supporting us to have those.

I didn't expect so hard feeligs when I (re)started the thread about Alex.
I have a legal copy of this program and will pay for an upgrding if it's possible to run it
and if it includes docs for TSW and some regarding TSE3.x.
Someone have a link to were to get it.. legal...?

The executable for Alex is copyright Ericsson and has never been part of the Aastra documentation.
All documentation amendments to the base library since the Aastra takeover have been issued in pdf format.

If you want the latest version of Alex executable this can only be obtained legally from Ericsson or an Ericsson distributor.
Alex has nothing to do with Aastra!

If you have an Alex library, you can access the information by renaming the file from .alx to .zip and extract the individual html and gif files however it is far from user friendly as the file names are related to the product code.
