Alerts on Console

We used to get alerted on the console when a tape was exported to the portal. Someone how this was turned off and I cannot figure a way to turn it back on. Any one have any ideas?

Check the "Enabling or Disabling Alerts from the Active Alerts Pane" section of the Admin Guide (page 590.)

I was able to reable to the alerts by going to Job Monitor and clicking on a Export Job and then choosing console alerts. In this window there is a check box to automatically display new alerts which somehow was unchecked. Checking this box to automatically display new alerts fix the problem.
