alert, traps,SNMP in symmetrix array to netcool ?? 1

Hello everyone,
Thanks for all your help ..

Any one has an idea what to do in order to have your symmetrix be able to generate and send alert, traps,SNMP alarms to netcool ? and how do I analyse and optimize the performance of the symmetrix , what should I look to do in order to make the EMC array perform better ?

Hi there is symmetrix manager software and symmetrix manager. you can ask your local emc representative for details.
