Alert ... then open a new document.???? 1

Sorry that I am confused with this. I am kind of embarrased.

Anyhow ... what I need to know is how to create a simple ALERT call, ... that will (once the user clicks on OK) open a new window - which is a .pdf file.

This is kind of a simple disclaimer that needs to be displayed before the user enters the .pdf document.

It doesn't need to have a choice of OK or CANCEL. It just needs to display an OK choice ... and then take them to the document.

How do I do this with an alert call.
