Not sure if there is any solution to this ?
We are using CC6 in our helpdesk but we also have a receptionist in her own skillset. Sometimes by accident she hits the "not ready" key and then calls are routed to a hunt group.
So that she realises her mistake (rather than being told all calls are going to admins in the hunt group) is there any alert i can setup if she goes to not ready ? maybe an auditable beep or route it to her second DN if not ready ?
