Alert Manger - Sending to Exchange missing

I have 20 copies of arcserve and on just one of them I can't get the exchange accounts settings to work in alert manager.

I can put in domain, user and password but the

servername and mailbox are Greyed out.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled several time.

Just for reference.
- I'm running AS 11.5
- Outlook 2003 is loaded on the server.
- This server is Windows 2003 Std with SP1 and is running Exchange 2003 sp2.

Has anyone run into this.

Hi,

BrightStor/Alert has no MAPI support for Exchange 2003. SMTP is the protocol to use.

It works fine on all of my other servers. Are you saying that MAPI isn't supported directly on the exchange server itself or just with Exchange 2003 in general ?
