Alert Email attach job log

Hello

I have a problem with the alert email on Arcserve 2000, i recive the email of the backup but i don't recive the Job Log attach.


Anyone can solve my problem.

Have you ticked the attach job log in each event comletion type (within the Alert properties page of the job)? We auto print job logs here rather than email but a similar thing happened when someone forgot to tick the attach job log for each type.

Apart from that - you aren't stripping attachments in your email system?

Yes i have ticked the attach job and i try with the printer, but i can't have the attach log.
