Alert Condition - Missing Report Formulas in Workshop

Attempting to create an alert condition based on existing formulas in the reports formula fields and running total fields.

When I enter the formula workshop from the alert condition button, not all of the formulas are listed in the report field section.

Appears to ignore formulas with calculations and running totals.

Am I missing something?

Can this be solved using a declared variable?

Due to the multi-pass processing of Crystal, certain things are available at certain times. Depending on when your alert is occuring, some things will not be available because they have not been created or processed. Running totals and calculations involving running totals (calcs that need to run whileprintingrecords) will not be available until the very end.

Okay, so is there a way to use running totals (that need to run WhilePrintingRecords) in the alert condition formula?

Can the alert be set to run after the report has been generated?
