Alchemy Call Listen Feature

I cannot get call listen or call intrude to work.

Argent Office 2.2(65) with Phone 16 2.2(63)

SC

*55*N#

user can intrude and has monitor group set with user in.

It shows on monitor as activating the feature but nothing happens.

With call listen when the code is dialled the user just gets silence. With Call intrude, the user gets dial tone when the feature is dialled.

HELP!! This is driving me nuts!!!!

Bad news I am afraid, it wont work.
call listen requires a conference circuit.
the Argent office does not support conference.
this feature is only available on the branch.

I thought the Office had a small (3-way) conference circuit and the branch had a bigger (64-way) conference circuit.

Thanks for that. I suspected this and asked a collegue who said I was barking up the wrong tree and it should still work on the Office.

I think that the conference chip was only in the BT Fusion version of the Argent Office.
