Alcatel OmniPc Vs Nortel BCM

Trying to get reviews on both of these VOIP systems.

I have a Medical Center that is wanting these features :
computer applications, voicemail,and overhead loudspeaker paging,and phones features.
Alcatel Omnipc is the competitor that they're pulling towards versus the Nortel BCM. What are your opinions??
Anybody out there knows Alcatel??

i'm installing BCMs and i like it, but the truth is: alcatel has much more features and is much more user friendly.

The only advice I could offer is point out the BCMs strengths. Key coded for future development. In built 32-port voice mail with up to 400hrs storage. No software required to admin the system. Etc
