never was good at multitasking. talking to the customer and posting at the same time. I put in a DCR about this about 4 years ago on a previous Mac only customer. Mitel simply closed the DCR and the customer replaced the system with something they could manage without Microsoft.
I run Parallels software on my MacBook Pro & iMac and run Windows 7 as a virtual appliance.. For a free solution use Virtual Box to run Windows. Rumors that MCD 5.0 might support Safari.
If you don't want to use a virtualization product there is always the option to use bootcamp and install W7 on the MAC book. Pain to have to reboot to switch enviroments.
The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.
thanks for the replies, the customer is aware of those options, he was just hoping for one that was a little more convenient. Hoping that MCD 5 does give us more options
