Alarmtraq & CM 5 4

Has anyone got this working..? We have a Comm Mgr rel. 5 that when it calls the Alarmtraq it does not connect, it eventualy timesout. We can use the Alarmtraq to dial out to the PBX and it completes its testinads command, but fails when it dials back to Alarmtraq.

If someone has this working, what kind of modem are you using and what is your modem string setup on the Alrmtraq
