Alarms in Nortel Norstar

Hello all,

I recieved a lot of alarms in my Nortel Norstar receptionist console:

alarms: 41-0, 42-0, 44-0, 75 and when this happens and somebody is talking on their extensions it drops the call.

Is this a problem with the PBX or the lines?

Sounds like you have a problem with your T1. It could be taking hits thats bringing your T1 down and then up but mean time you are losing your calls. Check with your provider and recheck your connections.

definitely sounds like a CO issue, but as rookietech stated check your connections before you go blaming Telco. But in my experience 9 times out of 10 it's a Telco issue.
