Alarm notification 3

I support a G3r v11 and currently recieve notification to my cell phone on Maj/Min alarms. All I recieve is the CLID of my INADS line and have to dial in to find out whats going on, I would like to be able to recieve an email of the active alarm to my Blackberry. I know ASA can email me on a schedule but thats not very useful.

Anyone have any ideas? What are the vendors using with maintenance contracts?
