Alarm notification on Operator consoles

I have a CS1000E rlse 5.5 IP environment running callpilot, TM3.1, CC6 with operator consoles provided by Datapulse, Intuition 1000. These units are basically a 2250 console board with a IP converter board and appropriate soft console.

Problem I have is the lack of alarm indications on the consoles. My vendor is saying that the only major alarms that may appear is power related.
Has anyone got a similar setup with alarm indication working to operator consoles?
We do have SMTP traps setup with email working from TM3.1.

do you have minor alarms to the console turned on in your cdb?

That's where it is weird. I have minor alarms appearing at times on 1 or 2 of the consoles.
