Alarm Codes

I have a MICS 0x32 with 5.0 xc software running two digital (non pri T1s) T1 lines. I'm getting alarm codes 63-0213 and 63-0210 and 63-0211. I had the T1 provider come out and check their T1s and they said everything is OK. I was thinking it was their problem because they lost two T1 lines provided by for data only when these error codes started showing up.

What should i check or how should fix this problem.

There are no more DTMF receivers that can be allocated.

Wait until a DTMF receiver becomes available.
If this alarm occurs frequently, add an additional Trunk Cartridge with DTMF receivers to the system.

how and what cards provide the DTMF receivers? They are using two T1s and service fiber combo cards?
