I recieved a call from a customer that they could not place outgoing or answer incomming calls on a CICS 7.0. They said they were getting Alarm Code 51-2 ?? When I arrived on site the system was working and I found an event code of 462-0161010.. Neither one of these codes are referenced in the manual as far as I could find. Can anyone tell me what these codes mean ??
