I HAVE ALARM CODE 44-2 AND ITS HAPPENING ALOT, I KNOW THAT THIS CODE REFERS TO THE DTI T1/PRI CONNECTION, THE PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE TWO PRI CONNECTION, AND I WAS WONDERING IF THE 2 REFERS TO SLOT 3 OR SLOT 4 IN THE KSU, SINCE YOU HAVE TO START WITH SLOT 4 WHEN INSTALLING A DTI CARD.

NOTE: I HAVE MICS XC 6.1

THANK YOU

I'm almost that the 2 part refers to the second PRI card.

One thing to make sure of is that the second DTI card is set for secondary timing source and not the same as the first card.
You cannot setup both DTI cards with the same clocking source.

Alarm 44
Most likely an irregularity with the PSTN connections. Check the logs and look for events ranging from 315-336. If this alarm occurs more than once over a two-week period,
contact your local support group.

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR RESPONS.IT'S GREATLY APPRECIATED.
