Alarm 11202 on BCM 50 Rel3 2

Greetings all,
I have a BCM50 3.0 and I am getting Alarm 11202 Physical Memory near or at it's capacity around 12:30 am every couple days..We are not running backups or transfering any FTP files..I have checked the Solutions page and cannot find anything..
Any help would be appreciated..

Have you tried schedulling a reboot over night and see if this improves it?.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Patch it to the current FR3 level. There was a patch issued to deal with that issue.
