AIX Security Expert

I have AIX 5.3 installed on aserver but it somehow does not have AIX Security Expert. Does anyone know what bundle I need to install to get this feature?

This gives how to use AIX Security Expert but it does not say how to install if it is not on your server. That is what I am looking for. Any thoughts?

Oh and by the way it needs java as prereq!
