AIX Print queue goes down for 1 printer

Currently I have about 300 print queues and for some reason I have one that keeps going down. I tried swapping out the printer but I still have the same results. The printer will stay up for a few minutes but as soon as a job is sent or if it's up for a while it goes back down. Any help would really be appreciated.
