AIX non-root users can not print

I know this is a permissions problem, but I do not have a "list" of the files and what the permissions need to be.

The IMB website referred to a "prtcheck" program that would do this, but I have searched the worl over and can not find this.

I have a site will all 200+ of thier printers not working unlesss we log in as root.

Any help isappreacited.

Sorry to have posted this - I looked back at old posts and I think I have found waht I need -thank you
I went on this advice:

Sometimes a reinstall of printers.rte and bos.rte.printers will reset them...
but here are the permissions........and owner and group.

To check directories, enter:

ls -ld <path/directory>

For example, ls -ld / would return information for root directory, and ls -ld /etc would return information for the
etc directory.
