AIX-Anyone know how to load a tape cartridge with a shell script com

Yes i tried tctl, however there is not a command to load the tape, just rewoff1 and offline to unload it.
tctl -f /dev/rmt* offline or rewoff1.
Do you know of any other command that might load the tape?
I can get them to load by using serial commands if I connect a serial cable to the tapedrives serial port from a PC, however, I cannot figure out how to load them automatically.
