AIX 4.3.3 LV managment

I've created Logical Volume, see LV characteristics bellow, question is how I can channge LV state from closed/syncd to opened/syncd.
LOGICAL VOLUME: workvl VOLUME GROUP: ssavg
LV IDENTIFIER: 009501118513adfe.7 PERMISSION: read/write
VG STATE: active/complete LV STATE: closed/syncd
TYPE: jfs WRITE VERIFY: off
MAX LPs: 512 PP SIZE: 16 megabyte(s)
COPIES: 2 SCHED POLICY: parallel
LPs: 64 PPs: 128
STALE PPs: 0 BB POLICY: relocatable
INTER-POLICY: minimum RELOCATABLE: yes
INTRA-POLICY: edge UPPER BOUND: 32
 
Hi,

You have to create a filesystem upon that logical volume.
When you mount the file system, the LV will be opened.

man crfs

First, I've unmounted ( umount -t ..... )
Second I've mounted ( mount -t .... )
So, now it is working
