Hi all.
In my company we're implementing avaya interaction center.
I 've the following problem:
first time an agent logs in, the system ask him to insert the login id and station id.The following times no.
My problem is that our agents move day by day from one desk to another and we don't want they've to insert the station id each time.I mean, i'm looking a way to configure the station id locally on each agent pc, makiong possible the agent's have only to insert their login id.

Try to find the rei.bat and wei.bat in the directory \vtel on your server.
If it is installed than you can use rei.bat to read the phoneid and wei.bat to write the phoneid to the workstation locally.
We are using this method, so that the workstation and phone have a ' hard ' connection.
