AHH Wireless ip phones

Our 3626 phones keep rebooting over and over. The AVPP is up and running. THe phones do these steps.

Initializing...

Checking code...

It then check for files on the TFTP server.
Files already exists [From Remote]
This message is displayed for all files


Trying 10.x.x.x (ip of phone system)

Restarting...

It does these steps OVER AND OVER and it's stuck in this loop. Nothing has changed in DNS, DHCP or in spectralink server. I did install another spectralink SVP server at another location different network. We have 3 total now.
