Ahead Nero won't burn CDs

Previously I had a cdrom problem that was solved by this thread:

Now I get errors which I will post here very soon.

i think i see your problem with Nero.
i can tell immediately that CDR4VSD.VXD, CDRALVSD.VXD, & ACBHLPR.VXD are Roxio Easy CD Creator Files and these 2 programs do not work properly together.

Roxio will not work with Nero, you need to un-install Roxio. I had the same problem and when I got rid of Roxio everything worked fine.

I also use Nero and right in the install program it says that you cannot use any other burn program with it or it won't work. Renaming don't do diddly it's still there.
You will have to completely uninstall it..

Uninstall doesn't work for diddley, either. It was an adaptec dillio, but its gone now. Still get the same error.

You can NOt have more than one cd writing program on your hard drive when you use Nero.
Remove the others and your problems are over.

I haven't had any problem with Clone CD and Nero. I use both, but you definitely should not have Roxio and Nero both installed.
