our current Receivable management setup window is showing the last agin period as: 91 to 999 days

Does this 999 mean 999 days or it's just a way to set it up to anything higher than 91 days?

We tried for example to type 4 digits: 9999 but it wouldn't allow us to. This makes me think that somewhere in the code it knows that if it reads 999 it just means higher than the previous limit (91 days).

Is this correct?

Unless it's changed in version 9, the document will no longer show on the report after 999 days past due. The field size will only hold 3 digits so you won't be able to put 9999. Their suggested work around is to void the document and re-enter it on a later date.
