Hi - has anyone came across a situation whereby agents are saying they can't pick up calls which are ringing at their sets. They are saying that they are trying to pick the call up as soon as it beeps (non-forced calls) but that the phone doesn't allow them to and instead the call is returned to the queue.
You'll notice here that I don't say I've actually seen it, and in the first instances the agents sat close to each other so I had my doubts, but now another agent has mentioned it happening so thinking maybe I better drop my 'don't believe you' stance.
