Contact Center 6 SU07, CS1000 PIV rls 5.50J.Just updated to most current Deplist on PBX and now intermitantly on real time display, agent will show idle when actually on a call, anyone know of this issue? On both Web Client and Fat Client.
Are you running real-time reporting at a remote site? If so, it could be bandwidth problem. At CCMA, go to Start - Programs - Nortel - Contact Center - Manager Administration - Configuration, then click RTR registry Settings, you can see RTR setings. You may want to adjust the rate, or Compress Realtime Data Packets.
We upgraded to 6.0, CC7SU3, and put that p30038_1 patch on and we're still seeing problems with the real-time display... Agents Idle when on a call, Busy when not on a call, etc.
