Hi there,

I have a box (Asterisk for testing) connected through h323 trunks to my S8700 Multiconnect. All is working fine but i want to know if it's possible to display the loginID (number And/or Name And/or Station of Agent) who is anwering call when asterisk user send a call to the skill assigned to this agent.
I tried to play with Caller ID field in hunt group and agent but without success.
Thanks for the work you do every day on this forum
Regards

Michael

Another Question :
does it possible to see this Agent login ID with a 6416d+ or 4620Sw when i place an internal call from my 4620 to the skill or Vdn ?

Thanks
Michael

Can you elaborate on you H.323 integration between Asterisk and Avaya? In particular, how have you configured you trunks on each side? I'm working on brining up an Asterisk box, and I would like to connect it to my existing Avaya Communication Manager switch via h.323. Any info is greatly appreciated!

tnx,

RFWatts
