Hello ...

When Agents on call, in UI they can type note and send it. where these note sent and how we can see it ?
 
They will be shown in customer history the next time the same customer calls.

This need additional configuration, or just when the same number call the history is appear on the box

You add the Tag CCK_Customer_Info on the agents UI.
